In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

7. Warranty

All Saivo massagers come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Health Disclaimer

Saivo massagers are designed for comfort and muscle relaxation purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition (including heart conditions, pregnancy, blood clots, or skin disorders), consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any massager product.

Saivo is not liable for any injury, harm, or health condition arising from misuse of our products.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Saivo / Aeriq India and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
