Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festive periods, or due to unforeseen delays by the courier partner.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your delivery in real time on the courier partner's website.
Shipping Partners
We ship across India using trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC, depending on your location.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate at the time of checkout.
Damaged in Transit
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and email us at hello@aeriqindia.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
International Shipping
