At Saivo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return any product within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions below.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and charging cables included
  • Not show signs of physical damage, burns, or tampering
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or modified
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale events (marked "non-returnable" at checkout)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@aeriqindia.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and a pickup arrangement
  3. Pack the product securely in its original box and hand it to our courier partner

Please do not ship products back without prior written confirmation from our team.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — please provide your bank details when initiating the return
  • UPI and card payments are refunded to the source account

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or stops functioning within the warranty period, please contact us at hello@aeriqindia.com. We cover manufacturing defects under our 1-year warranty.
